Eddie and Norma Barco founded the company in 2007. After years of working for others, the desire to leave a legacy for their children was finally realized with the start of operations in May of that year. We are often asked, what does SHOKI mean? It's a name that's been in our family for generations. Our grandson (picture on right), and oldest son share SHOKI as their middle name.
